Pre-Workout Smoothie

Here is a great Pre-workout smoothie to energize you before a hard workout. Use as a Pre-workout meal and at best give yourself at least 20 minutes before working out. This smoothie is packed with the right nutrition to give you the energy you need to get going and be at your best.

 

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
